Hello and welcome to the Nepean Medical Association’s website.

The NMA is committed to maintain its core business as a local association focused on collegiality through its social and charitable activities. Our annual dinner allows local practitioners, hospital doctors and their partners to meet socially. The Medical Practitioners Directory will continue to be updated and published annually as a service to our members.

The NMA supports medical students studying at the University of Sydney Nepean Campus. A welcome dinner is held in March each year.

The Medical Student Scholarships began in 2012 for students going on overseas to work in underprivileged areas for their year 4 elective. Since then over $35,000 has been awarded in scholarships. Students been to many parts of the world including Africa, Asia and South Pacific Islands.

Our committee meets regularly through out the year to discuss the NMA’s activities. Please feel free to contact us at anytime to discuss any issues or ideas. We welcome your input and look forward to the challenges in the exciting years ahead.
